Terrorism in Nice – supporters of terrorism in London. Please write to protest Al Quds Day

Hezbollah flag at quds day 2016
On Sunday 3rd July, the Iranian-backed Al Quds day demonstration took place in London. Banners at the event showed the flag of Hezbollah, the extreme Islamist, would-be genocidal  terrorist organisation which threatens Israel on its northern border. We feel that it is outrageous that an event such as this, so clearly a manifestation of violent racism and support for terrorism, was allowed to take place in our city without police intervention. In the wake of the dreadful attack in Nice, it feels even more sick that this could take place.
We are asking all of our supporters to write in protest to the following:

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

The Home Secretary, Amber Rudd.

The Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe

Your Member of Parliament.

More on al Quds

More on the despicable al Quds day rally, the festival of anti-Jewish hate-mongering devised by the ayatollahs of Iran, and which glorifies the terrorists of Hezbollah. This is an article by Harry Goldstein of North London Friends of Israel on the Israel Hate Watch web site.

Flying the flag for Israel at the East Barnet Festival

Reaching out to the local community at the East Barnet Festival today. Thanks to all our helpers, and respect to those who came to help in the morning and then went down to Central London to support the al Quds counter-demo. Well done all those who came out to stand up for Israel in both places.

Fantastic North London Friends of Israel event for our supporters

Our supporters gathered for a social and political get-together on Sunday 26th June

There were inspiring speeches from Rony Yedidia-Clein, Director of Public diplomacy at the Israeli Embassy; Steven Jaffe of the Board of Deputies; Irene Naftalin of Stand with Us; and Dr Oliver Manyembi of Christian Watchmen over Zion, a major Christian pro-Israel and interfaith movement. Many thanks to them, to all of our supporters who helped to organise the event and make it a success, and to all who came.
